📦 Self-Pickup Policy

We’re happy to offer a self-pickup option from our California warehouse. To make sure your pickup goes smoothly, please carefully follow the instructions below:

Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

📝 How to Arrange a Self-Pickup

Important: We do not accept walk-in pickups. An online order must be placed before arranging a pickup.

Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order online through our website and complete checkout.

2. Immediately contact our customer service team after placing your order to request a warehouse pickup.

3. When you contact us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to pick up
  • Your preferred pickup date and time

 

4. Confirm product availability: Some items may not be in stock at our California warehouse. We’ll check availability and let you know which products are ready for pickup.

  • If an item isn’t available for pickup, we’ll ship it from the nearest warehouse directly to your delivery address.

5. Please note: same-day pickups are not available. All pickups must be scheduled at least one business day in advance so we can prepare your order and notify the warehouse team.

6. Once your pickup is confirmed, we’ll notify you and the warehouse team to have your order ready.

7. After receiving confirmation from us, you may visit the warehouse during the scheduled pickup hours.

 

📦 Important Notes

  • Self-pickup is only available at our California warehouse.
  • Orders for excavators, skid steer loaders, and other large equipment require a forklift for unloading. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to rent a forklift to safely unload your item when you arrive.
  • When you contact us, we’ll provide the product’s package dimensions and weight to help you confirm whether it will fit in your vehicle.

  • Do not visit the warehouse without placing an online order and receiving pickup confirmation from our team.
  • We have multiple warehouses in the U.S., but only our California warehouse offers a pickup option.
  • Any products not available for pickup will be shipped from the nearest warehouse to your address.
