Refund policy
At AHM, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our full return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ahmcorp.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), and include all original tags and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
For Products with Manufacturing Defects or Damage
If your product has a manufacturing defect or has damaged components that negatively affect the machine’s performance at the time of delivery, we do not accept returns. However, these issues are covered by our warranty policy. Please contact us, and we will assist you with repair or replacement under warranty.
- Important: Any defects or damages that arise after delivery or are caused by improper use, modification, or mishandling will not be eligible for a return but may be covered under our warranty policy depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Return Policy for Non-Defective Products
The following applies to AHM products that are free from manufacturing defects and are in proper working condition:
- A non-defective product may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees, subject to inspection.
Restocking Fees:
- For items returned in new and unused condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted.
- For items returned in working condition but used, a restocking fee of up to 40% will be deducted.
- For items returned modified or damaged by the customer, a restocking fee of up to 70% will be deducted.
Shipping Fees:
AHM does not refund any shipping costs, including return shipping or handling fees. Excavators and skid steers require wooden crates for LTL transportation, so the cost of the wooden crates and return shipping is not refundable, and the customer is responsible for these charges.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or arrive severely damaged.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For PayPal Orders Only: A 2.25% transaction fee, charged by Shopify, will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact support@ahmcorp.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
- Contact your bank to confirm if any processing time is required.
- If the issue persists, please contact us at support@ahmcorp.com.
8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
9. Wooden Crates for Excavators and Skid Steers
Excavators and skid steers require wooden crates for LTL transportation. Please note:
- The cost of the wooden crates and any associated return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including those for the crate and freight charges.
10. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@ahmcorp.com with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, our customer service team will provide a return shipping label and coordinate LTL pickup for your convenience.
Return Process
Before returning any equipment, please contact us via email at support@ahmcorp.com with your order number and reason for return.
After your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please affix this label to the product.
We will arrange for our designated carrier to pick up the machine from your address. Ensure the product is packed in its wooden crate and is in complete, undamaged condition at the time of pickup.
Restocking Fees: Restocking fees will be deducted based on the inspection results after the product is returned.
