FREE GROUND SHIPPING:
We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states, with a standard shipping time of 7-14 days. Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via ground transport at no additional cost. Standard shipping does not include any unloading services, such as forklifts or liftgates.
UNLOADING SERVICE NOT INCLUDED
- Please note that orders for excavators and skid-steer loaders require a forklift for unloading. Unloading service is not included with standard shipping.
- If you are unable to handle the unloading yourself, please select the Unloading Service option under Delivery Options on the product page. An additional fee of approximately ($500~$800) will apply, allowing us to arrange unloading with the carrier at the time of shipment for a smooth delivery. (The exact unloading fee is shown in the product listing under the variant options.)
- If you don’t need unloading services, please let us know and keep your phone available, as the delivery driver will contact you before arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING UNLOADING SERVICE
If you have purchased our unloading service, do not arrange unloading on your own. If there are any issues during delivery, contact us immediately at support@ahmcorp.com or call +1 (949) 694-4991.
We will work directly with the freight forwarder and carrier to resolve any unloading issues. Only follow our instructions. Ignore any messages from the driver, carrier, or freight forwarder unless they come from us.
If you choose to handle unloading yourself without consulting us, we will not cover any additional costs, including fees paid to third parties for unloading services. If the delay causes vehicle detention charges, you will be responsible for those fees.

Looking for unloading service details?
We offer two professional unloading service options for your mini excavator delivery:
1. Flatbed with Forklift Delivery – The driver will use a forklift to unload your equipment at your location and place it safely on the ground.
2. Final Mile Delivery Service – For more complex deliveries, we coordinate with a local team to ensure your equipment is safely unloaded as close to your building as possible.

ORDERS:
Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day.
Series orders ship via LTL within 5 business days (M–F). Tracking info will update once your order is picked up.
Actual delivery takes 7-14 days depending on destination.
We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.
IMPORTANT:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out.
Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.
Orders will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses.
Orders made after 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) on Friday will be shipped the next business day.
If the shipping company or driver is unable to reach you to confirm a delivery time, or if you fail to respond or select a delivery time slot, and the delivery cannot be completed as a result, the package will be returned to AHM. In such cases, you will be responsible for any temporary storage fees and vehicle detention charges incurred due to the failed delivery. Additionally, an up to 15% service fee will be applied to arrange a second delivery attempt.
NOTE:
AHM utilizes warehouses located in Anaheim and Ontario, CA; Dayton, NJ and Rincon, GA. We ship products from the closest location to the delivery address UNLESS the closer warehouse is out of stock for the specific products. Your kind consideration is appreciated.
