Bio: I am a woodworker by trade. Having recently moved from a large metropolitan area just outside of Chicago to a very rural nine-acre property in southwest Missouri, I quickly realized that I would need some help getting our new homestead in order. Researching equipment, I came across the affordable mini excavators at AHM. It took some time convincing my wife how useful this would be for us as there was no where to go to see one in action. After realizing that our homestead was a work in progress, and we would constantly need equipment to get various jobs done, she agreed. We purchased the 23 horse power AX-16 with the thumb attachment and couldn’t be happier! Over the past year, we’ve added several more attachments to accommodate various jobs and now our excavator is a family affair as everyone can use it to get jobs done!
